Proposal to subdivide an area of 125.46 acres, zoned R-40W, situated on the north side of Purnell Road (SR1909) and on the east and west sides of Jackson Road (SR1925), into 61 lots. The property is located in the Holly Springs Long-Range Urban Services Area.
